Incorporating Spirit Breath™ along with a gentle flow of healing postures and mental focus to deepen your Body/Mind connection. This class emphasizes easy and flowing transitions between each pose. Such transitions help to control the breath in practice and develop balance in your body and mind.

 
 
Awaken Thru Dance

Experience the rhythm of your soul as you release your body from inhibitions and restrictions and gain a sense of spontaneous fluidity and freedom. Using Spirit Breath™ and a series of easy, fun, and choreographed movements, you will discover your body as you have never felt it before. F.Y.I.: You WILL sweat!

B.O.D.S.

(Being Our Dynamic Selves) uses the body, mind and Spirit Breath™ to give you a full workout without the added pressure on your joints. These exercises, employing movement and mental visualization, use the whole body and have broad application to other physical activities that require strength, power, and endurance. This class is done at your own level. 

 
 
Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in a field of sound vibrations that soothe your mind and your body. Through the rhythmic breathing of Spirit Breath™ and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, you will re-tune your mind and regain inner harmony. This vibrational experience will replenish brain energy with high-frequency sound.

Inspired Stretch

Stretch the stress right out of your body. Using Spirit Breath, this class support you in gently stretching and lengthening your muscles. Using breath you change your muscular system while calming your central nervous system.
