Spirit Breath

Spirit Breath™ is a breath technique used to accelerate self-exploration and personal empowerment.

The Spirit Breath™ process is simple: it combines accelerated circular breathing in a rhythmic pattern, incorporating music and affirmative inspiration. With your eyes closed and lying on a mat or seated in an upright position, each person is guided through a series of breath patterns to enter an expanded state of self-awareness. This breathwork activates the natural integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit. Completing a breath cycle involves your whole body—your chest, belly, back, and mind. It requires focus to integrate all elements of the breath, even though the simple process seems effortless. 

The physical and emotional benefits of deep breathing are often immediately felt. Using Spirit Breath, you activate your parasympathetic nervous system, and in turn, slow your heart rate and help to lower your blood pressure by creating a feeling of calm. In Spirit Breath™, you rely on your diaphragm instead of breathing through your chest, allowing your neck and chest muscles to relax as you engage your abs. A more significant amount of oxygen reaches your body’s cells and organs.

When you practice Spirit Breath™, you can move beyond your body and mind and connect with your intuitive knowing. You remove your ego and connect to your true Self—many people who practice Spirit Breath experience an attunement to their inner being.

Every session is unique and focused on a specific theme. While recurring themes are common, no two sessions are ever alike.

Some of our themes are Self-Love, Contemplation, Chakra Activation, Abundance, Self-Care, Compassion, Presence, Intention, Graceful Aging, The Five Questions, and many more, depending on the facilitator.
